Shipping Policy
Yoni Chava ships all orders placed before 2pm daily M-F (except major holidays.)
Due to the personal nature of the products we produce, we do NOT accept returns. All orders are final. There are No Refunds. In some cases we do refunds however there is a per case basis.
If you have a shipping issue after tracking has been provided, please refer your issue to your local USPS. (Once your package has been shipped we cannot control shipping carrier's shipping delays or errors.) If your package has been lost, stolen or damaged by USPS and if your package was insured please file a claim with USPS at the USPS website. Signature Request is available for purchase.
Please check your shipping address is correct. If there is an error on your behalf with your shipping address you will have to make a separate purchase. If your package has been returned to us from USPS for an address error, we will ask you to verify your correct address and you may incur an additional charge to re-ship.
If there is a shipping delay with USPS please wait 30 days before you open a dispute, or contact us with your issue. Sometimes USPS may be delayed with your package, which is beyond our control.
